Purchasing a Slot

To upload a listing you first need to purchase a slot if you have not done that yet. You need to select the slot appropriate for your product.

Truck, Trailer or Part
Do you want you listing to be on a fixed time such as 30, 60, 90 days or do you want for it to auto renew every month on a subscription?
Do you want a General or Premium Listing?

After a purchase is made you cannot change these specifications.

After you checkout go to "My Account" - My Products" - My Listings.
You can find your slot by applying the appropriate filters.

One Time Listing - Subscription
General - Premium
Truck - Trailer - Part

What information should I include in my listing?

It is recommended to include essential information about your truck, such as make, model, year, mileage, condition, features, and any additional details that potential buyers may find useful.

Are there any image requirements for listing photos?

Yes, we require a minimum of one image to ensure the best presentation of your truck. Generally, we recommend high-quality, well-lit photos in JPEG or PNG format.

Can I edit or update my listing after it has been published?

Yes, you can edit or update your listing even after it has been published. Simply log in to your account, find the respective listing, and select the "Edit" option to make the desired changes.

How long does it take for my listing to become active?

Once you have completed the listing creation process and submitted it, your listing will become active instantly.

Can I include a video in my listing?

Yes, you can include a video in your listing to provide potential buyers with a more detailed view of your truck. We support embedding videos from YouTube.

How long will my listing be active on the website?

By default, your listing will be active for a specific duration depending on the package you purchased. After the active period ends, your listing will no longer be visible on the website. However, you can renew or extend the duration if desired.

How to upload a listing?

To upload a listing, follow these steps:

Log in to your account.
Go to the dashboard.
Look for the "My Listings" tab and click on it.
Locate the purchased listing slot you want to use and click on the "Upload Listing" button associated with that slot.
You will be directed to a form or set of fields where you can enter the details of your listing. Fill in the required information, such as make, model, year, mileage, price, and description.
Upload high-quality pictures of your truck.
Review the information and images you entered to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Once you are satisfied with the listing, click the "Publish" or "Submit" button to make your listing active.
After approval, your listing will be published and visible to potential buyers on the website.

How do I edit or delete a listing?

To edit or delete a listing, follow these steps:

Log in to your account.
Go to the dashboard.
Look for the "My Listings" tab and click on it.
Locate the specific listing you want to edit or delete and click on the three dots on the top right corner.

How do I reactivate a listing?

To reactivate a listing, follow these steps:

Log in to your account.
Go to the dashboard.
Look for the "My Listings" tab and click on it.
Find the "Reactivate Listing" tab and click on it.
Select the specific listing you want to reactivate from the available options.
Proceed to the checkout or payment process to reactivate the listing.
Follow the prompts to complete the payment transaction.
Once the payment is processed, the listing will be reactivated and visible to potential buyers on the website.

What is the difference between a one time and subscription listing?

One-Time Listing:
A one-time listing is purchased for a specific duration and requires a single payment. Once the duration expires, the listing becomes inactive and may need to be renewed.

Subscription Listing:
A subscription listing involves a recurring payment model, providing ongoing access to active listings without the need for individual purchases. It offers continuous publishing and management of listings throughout the subscription period.

The choice between the two depends on your listing needs and preferences.

NOTE: If you want your listing to display as your business being the seller, be sure to switch your profile to your business account.
